Installation instruction:
One pump is required to mount on a bracket and attached on the frame of the dispenser. Calculation is required to work out the dimension of pulley for FGDRVRS-200 pump. It is then driven by a belt extended from dispenser motor and fuel pumping unit. Diameter of vapor pump pulley related to speed and pulley size of dispenser motor. FGDRVRS-200 pump will give you optimum performance of vacuum 90” W.C. at 1800 rpm. Therefore to work out diameter of FGDRVRS-200 pulley will be 1900 rpm divided by rpm to motor and multiply the diameter of motor pulley.
